Driver Requirements
- Age: 22-80 years old.
- Drivers under 22 can rent small cars (e.g., Hyundai i20, Nissan Note).
- Must have held a valid driving license for at least one year.
- Drivers under 22 or over 80 can request special consideration.
- Physical driving license required for pick-up.
Insurance Options & Excess Amounts
Small cars (e.g., Nissan Note, Hyundai i20):
- C.D.W( Collision Damage Waiver) and third liability insurance with 500€ excess ( no deposit required).
- Reduce excess to 0€ for 10€/day (min. 1-week rental).
- Reduce excess to 250€ for 5€/day (min. 1-week rental).
Medium (except Nissan Note and Hyundai i20) & Large Cars:
- C.D.W (Collision Damage Waiver) and third liability with 700€ excess( no deposit required).
- Reduce excess to 0€ for 15€/day (min. 1-week rental).
- Reduce excess to 350€ for 7.5€/day (min. 1-week rental).
Terms and Conditions
- Notify us immediately in case of damage or accident.
- No driving off-road, on non-asphalt roads, or dirt tracks.
- Do not overload the vehicle beyond its licensed capacity.
- Towing other vehicles is prohibited.
- Racing or any form of contest driving is not allowed.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
- Vehicles must not be used in violation of Greek laws.
- Travel outside Crete is not permitted.
- You are responsible for parking and traffic violations.
- Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive.
- The insurance does not cover the underside of the car,tires,keys and mirrors.
Fuel Policy
We ask that you return the car with the same fuel level as when you picked it up.
Late Delivery Charges
- 01/01-30/06 and 16/09-31/12:
- 21:45-24:00 – €15
- 00:01-08:00 – €30
- 01/07-15/09:
- 21:45-08:00 – €30
Special Requests
- Roof rack available on request for certain car models.
- Pets are allowed upon request.
